** Returns must be from orders or sales placed on westernbulljeans.com website only.
We will not accept returns of Western Bull jeans outside of the website without a order from westernbulljeans.com

We will gladly accept exchanges and returns from westernbulljeans.com that meet the following conditions:

• Exchange and returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

• All merchandise must be in the original condition received.
Signs of use, damage, pet hair, odors or alterations from the original product received: will void the exchange or return.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

• We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

• When shipping merchandise for a return a tracking number is required for your shipment.

• All refunds will be issued the original payment.

• Return requests should be made by filling out our contact form, placing your name and/or order number and returning the merchandise within 30 days.

Western Bull / 90 day Warranty Policy

Your Western Bull jeans should last a long time. For reassurance to get accustomed to your jeans and satisfaction:

We warrant that within 90 days, during your first wear period and review, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement or refund.

If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective,
return immediately for a repair, replacement or refund.

The Western Bull 90 day warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Western Bull product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Natural or unpredictable occurrences through wear are not covered in our warranty. Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, or in sales, shipment damage, etc., are honored in our warranty.

Western Bull Shipping Policy

Western Bull shipping is as follows:

Orders processed and shipped within 1-2 business days;
order cutoff time is before 4pm pacific time

Orders are shipped in a plastic tough weather resistant white USPS shipping bag via USPS ground.
Shipping estimate is within 4-5 business days within the U.S.

Outside of the U.S.; Mexico etc., orders are shipping the same above just USPS International.
